Tablet and phone friendly aerial photography

Following the lead set by Adobe, we’ve removed the Flash animation from our site so that tablet and phone users can view the aerial photographic slideshows just as easily as on their desktop PC.

The galleries now display all photographs in a slideshow format by default, although you can still view all the images in a list if you prefer.

These changes should make it even easier to take in the dramatic views and informative shots that Aerial Photographix excel in supplying.

Do let us know if anything doesn’t work the way you expect, and we’ll get our desk bound web guy onto it.

Aerial photographs of BBC Salford Quays

Another amazing batch of pictures showing Media City UK and The Lowry. We flew over the Manchester Ship Canal again last summer to take more aerial photographs showing the continuing development of the area. From Broadway across to the Imperial War Museum North, you can get a unique view of the groundworks and construction still going on.

New aerial video service

Aerial Photographix have expanded their service to include video for the first time. We’ve recruited the services of an award-winning film-maker and, combining our aerial photography and filming skills, we can now offer aerial filming and corporate video, from the air as well as on-site across the UK, all to broadcast standard.

Image stablisation equipment helps to keep flight images sharp in low light or with fast moving subjects.   Pictures from the air can be taken from an oblique or vertical angle. Pictures can be GPS referenced for archival purposes or cross-reference mapping.

  Client groups include property, design and advertising, construction, transport, tourism, government and PR.
